Tim Harger has more than 20 years of experience in business and manufacturing. As vice president of Harger Lightning, Inc., Tim did it all-from managing all financial aspects to developing company brand awareness to designing and implementing innovative products. He has worked with the most successful manufacturing production and cost-reduction strategies and has implemented many ERP systems throughout his career.

Dale Raffauf
Dale Raffauf comes to In-Sys from a 10-year IT and manufacturing background, both from the customer side and the reseller side. He has held positions of general manager of a mid-sized manufacturing company and support and development positions with software solution providers, working with Microsoft, Citrix, HP and other leading technology solutions.
